these predominantly running qbs do o.k.playing relatively weak competition in the regular season but struggle mightily when they face these well coached precision passing teams in the playoff....here in b`more lamar looks like a world beater putting up incredible numbers during the regular...- gardenweasel

and another really odd situation resulting from that boneheaded timeout....the raiders(in essence) traded a 100% chance of making the playoffs for a less than 100% chance at making the playoffs for what essentially was a chance at a meaningless win....47 yard field goals aren`t automatic...and...- gardenweasel

exactly...harbaugh lost 4 games down the stretch by a total of 5 points.....in those games he consistently eschewed sure field goals to go for tds...he eschewed sure extra oints that would have enabled o.t. to go for two and the win.....he left waaaay more than 5 points off the board in those...- gardenweasel
