    Thanksgiving prep

    Pies are done. 2 apple, 1 pumpkin Turkeys are brining (yep 2) Veggies are cut up for stuffing and Broc cassarole. Corn, potatoes, rolls, and cranberry sauce are ready. Strawberry salad....(wifes job). Note ....Put beer in fridge!!! :toast:

    Are you getting fresh or frozen?

    Turkey that is. Wife always gets fresh so I looked it up and they said frozen is better than fresh. The kicker is they say not to buy fresh until 1-2 days before cooking time. Fine line there. I'm sure the markets don't get the birds in store the day before....:shrug:
