guess my old thread will not reappear :142lmao: ...will post again
last week: 2-8 -6.33
YTD: YTD: 46-56-1 (-10.95)
been a pretty strange season for me...will have a winning week, then a bad week the following week ...if that holds true to form again, then this weekend should be a winning week :142lmao:
what even makes it tougher for me is that I really, really like the Pack this weekend....gonna make it the biggest play of the year so far me :sadwave:
was reading on gopack about the recent rebounding of the Pack after a loss this year....won by 1 at VT and by 10 at Maryland...since the loss last weekend to the Canes, will hope that they Pack realizes that their post-season could be in jeopardy without a strong finish to this year...
another thing that worries me is the line...opened up at 3 and went down to 1 ....Clemson had a quality win this past weekend against Maryland, but i saw how they had to come back to win that game...they have had a disappointing season and have not fared well against good defenses...Death Valley is not a easy to place to play by any means....
Clemson is 1-6 ATS this year...3-1 SU at home
Pack is 2-4 ATS this year....2-1 SU on the road
There were numerous injuries this past weekend:
"tackle Derek Morris and center Leroy Harris joined the injury parade when they left the field in the second half. Although he did return after sustaining a shoulder injury, Harris' status for next weekend's 12 noon game at Clemson may not be known until Monday. Morris, meanwhile, could be sidelined by a severe high ankle sprain."
The Pack moved to the #2 Defense in the Nation after last weekend's game against the high octane Canes
The key reason i like this game a lot is that the Pack has many issues to solve:
1) Keeping turnovers down to a minimum
2) Establishing a better pass attack
3) Getting Davis more confident behind his hirt O-Line
4) Working on being better on Special Teams
Maybe these were factors that were exposed last weekend against one of the best teams in the nation, but if they want to be talked about in the same sentences as Miami and FSU, then they will have to get solid and get there fast...
Pack has 4 games left...they need to win 3 out of 4 of them...at this moment, the FSU game should be won by the Noles....this game this weekend will be the last real "road" game....they should win at home against GT next weekend and then play the last game of the year in Charlotte against ECU....so getting those 3 wins is a possibility, but it has to happen this weekend
Amato is a great motivator and I expect nothing less than a strong outing this weekend....i expect TA to "go crazy" this weekend and really pile on the yards
will update injury list on thursday
