I certainly couldn't see taking any player against the field @ pick em odds.

Much more lucrative to take the field--
You would have made more profit on hedge on Tiger after 1st rd @ +230 or 2nd rd +430 than you would have on intial Tiger vs field wager pre tourney. If you took neither you could still hedge field vs Tiger intial wager by taking Tiger vs Ohair in final rd match for same amount. You will win one or the other and could win both.
