Weird movie. Different. I guess it's a horror movie?
Down and out guy going broke gets a phone call. Caller says kill the fly in your car and $1000 will be credited to your bank account immediately. Caller hangs up, guy kills fly, caller calls back to congratulate him on winning $1000. He checks his account and sure enough there's a dime in there.
Gets another call. Caller says eat the fly and win $3500 (I think that was the amount). He eats the fly and gets the money.
Gets another call and caller says he can win like 6 million by just doing 13 tasks but if he quits he loses everything he made previously. The things he has to do get harder with each step.
Not an award winner but fun flick.
