How easy a book makes it for me to place a bet with my phone. That's important to me. Not every book's format is conducive to mobile betting.

1. Fast (same day) and hassle-free payouts
2. Top-notch customer service ( you and George respond fairly quick to questions)
3. A little more sports options like euroleague basketball and all tennis ( including challengers like 5dimes does)
4. Maybe include that we the players, are able to put in a payout request anyday, instead of having the deadline for the week be friday morning.
