2007 coming to a close.......

It's been a pretty tough year around the Mitchell household, so I'm kind of glad to see it ending.

My family and I will be spending Christmas and New Years in Florida with my wife's family. We will be leaving Dec 23rd. I'm really looking forward to it as both my brother in laws are big sports guys like myself. While we are there we will be attending the Bucs home game, the Lightening game and hopefully will make the Outback Bowl if the wives' let us LOL:mj07:

been a tough year for this family,too,buddy.... been a rough couple of years actually....

still,i think your assessment of this site and the guys and gals that frequent it is dead on....lots of smack and good natured b.s....some hot moments in the political forum even though i sincerely like and respect my antagonists there and never take even the harshest kidney punch personally....nor do i intend my smack as such(even though conservatives are outnumbered 10-1 on a good day)....i believe most of the guys there wear lead undergarments(which is a good thing)...

really is a special place...kiddy land for degenerate gamblers and chuckleheads like us......

it tickles me to death that jack can eke out a meager living providing all of this for all of us.......

They always tailgate before the game and after, probably home with all the family that will be there, but thanks for the thought.

I did get the hat and I posted that fact the day I got it here in the General forum.
