Both teams have had close wins but I keep thinking how A&M allowed 57pts. at LT. I see the line dropping and alot of money on A&M.....all the off field stuff with winning the Heisman becomes a bigger distraction than people think.........OU can put up points with the best of them......Senior QB should get the job done over the freshman who has had far more exp.

Everyone talks about the game being won in the trenches and I truly believe that but one aspect not being talked about at all is QB Golson. We all know how AJ has tons of big game exp. and this year Golson really matured after the first month of the season. I remember seeing him in the first month saying to myself how if he ever steps up in the pocket it will be his first(edit - check that....the bomb to Chris Brown vs. OU he stepped up!) But the point remains he doesnt do it enough. He has had several opportunities to step up and throw, or step up and then possibly take off. Instead, he always seems to bail out backwards and then wide. Therefore, lots of opportunity to lose more yardage against faster lineman and blitzing DB's or LB's. His arm strength is what allows him to compensate for this type of mistake. Go back to the MSU game and he throws the most insane TD pass to Goodman. Look it up! Anyways, ND wins this game straight up if Golson does more of this, otherwise Bama will expose him.

Huge props to Bama backers on this site that played them minus the points! I never saw this one coming.......congrats to the Bama fans on this site as they get to celebrate another National Championship. Congrats to all the Irish fans on this site too for a fine season.
For us Irish backers tonight......sucks big time but its one game and it doesnt make a season, so many great cappers where on the Irish.....talk about getting blindsided but at least now with the NHL back......I can focus on capping another great sport, which is my best sport capping.....we can all get right back at it tmrw night and making some money in hoops and on the 19th, we can all make huge dollars on hockey!
