I believe we are looking at $330 per person. This includes golf and breakfast. And yes, this is for the weekend, not per night.

Think I can get a cheaper rate than that - won't know until I talk to the hostess chick.....I have to finalize the rate based on the number of people that attend - which is the reason for this sticky post. I haggled a little on the rate, but not much. They really want us as I made it clear we were looking into four other properties.

I think we can get a $270 rate for double occupancy that includes everything......

However - the hostess chick was very clear saying that if Agent comes - it will cost us dearly. Not sure what she meant......:shrug:

Also, it has become tradition to play golf on Friday afternoon and for Tide to "down a fifth of crown" which I am working on getting a special rate for as well.
