The Anatolian Shepherd Dog is one of the most majestic and noble animals in the service of man; still being used in the rural districts of Turkey as the shepherds' indispensable companion and front line of defense of his livestock from predators. Without the aid of the
Anatolian Shepherd Dog, the Turkish shepherd would be less able to defend his property and flock from wild animals.

The Anatolian Shepherd Dog is a member of the Working Group and was first registered by the AKC in 1995. For a breeder referral click here.

Australian Cattle Dogs are hard workers today on farms throughout the world. They need to run, to chase, to herd, and to play with their owners. They are sometimes suspicious of people and dogs they don't know. They are obedient, but training takes patience because they're also independent.

The Australian Cattle Dog is a member of the Herding Group and was first registered by the AKC in 1980. For a breeder referral click here.

Intelligent and very alert, the Australian Shepherd gives complete devotion to his owner. All he asks in return is the chance to work. He was bred to herd livestock, and is serious and single-minded about his job.

The Australian Shepherd is a member of the Herding Group and was first registered by the AKC in 1991. For a breeder referral click here

Though one of the smallest terriers, the rugged Australian Terrier was developed in the harsh conditions of the Australian Outback, where he worked side by side with the pioneers -- controlling rats and snakes, alerting humans to intruders, even tending sheep. He's ready for any situation. With that easy self-confidence comes his readiness to enjoy a good friendship.

The Australian Terrier is a member of the Terrier Group and was first registered by the AKC in 1960. For a breeder referral click here
