Last night I registered for the free roll tourney and I decided to try the site. I used play money for an hour and then I decided to enter a $0.00 tourney that took place at 1:00 am. I work at 6:00 am, but I have been looking for a new sportsbook and poker room so I was anxious to try it out. I registered and waited up till 1:00am. At 12:58am I tried to take my seat but was unable to. I spoke with the poker rep who stated that he saw that I registered, but he said he didn't know why I was unable to take my seat. I read the rules before registering for the tourney and it was definatly a free tourney. The poker rep also said that he cant fix the problem at night, but he thought I should put money in my account and speak with somebody else in the morming. I lose enough money with Olympic sportsbook and Party poker to be considered a valued customer, so it was a bit of a suprise to be treated like that as a perspective client. Hopefully I won't have any problems tonight in the free roll tourney.

Sorry to whine and moan, but I thought it was something you and Bodog should be aware of.
