80's Party

Mrs. Goose and I got invited to a 80's Party next Saturday.....proper attire and full regalia is required.

Just throwing it out there....trying to get some ideas of some 'proper attire'. Anybidy have any bright ideas off the top of your head???

Quick thought for guys--parachute pants.... pegged pantlegs...mullets... boat shoes...skinny ties?

For ladies--banana clips....flashdance look?...big sweaters over stirrup pants....leg warmers?

We're all 30-somethings. I can barely remember what I had for lunch yesterday, let alone what the heck was all the rage 20-25 years ago.

Any ideas/help is appreciated!
