Not happy to see you like the under Dice as you have been pretty solid all bowl season. Seeing how fast that track was during OU/BSU, I just think it's wide open for a lot of big plays tonight. Both teams will need to pressure the opposing QB, especially FLA, and that leaves a lot of oppty for some big plays.
I have watched the Buckeyes every game this year, and Florida about 4 or 5 times. I agree that the Bucks have not played the schedule that Fla has, but look what they've done with the teams they've played. On the road alone, they won by at least 17 points, other than Illinois, their annual let up game, only to come back and wax NW by 36 at NW. At home, UM was by the far the best test, and the analysis of that game has beaten like a dead horse. All of the other games weren't close, and the Bucks could of won each game by a lot more than they did.
But how many great Offense's did Fla go against this year? LSU, yes, but very arguable that Russell didn't start playing well until the last half of the season. I think you can use a similar excuse for OSU vs. Texas. Ark, well analyzed on this board about their lack of passing game. Who else? Tenn? Ky?
The only D to somewhat stop OSU this year was PSU. The game was played in sloppy track, and Troy opened the game with an interception, and I think Tressel went conservative once he realized PSU couldn't move the ball, resulting in a tightly played game. Or maybe he felt sorry for Jo Pa as that was the game that he had the shites.
That won't be the case tonight. Tressel will open it up, and let Troy Smith do his thing. Also like how people seem to forget about Pittman and Ginn. Fla won't be the only team to throw trick plays out tonight. Ginn has a pretty good arm and it wouldn't surprise me to see a big play from a reverse pass from OSU's side.
Good luck all.
