I'll just make the changes in that gray skin I created earlier.

got the file - it doesn't mesh 1 for 1 on changes so I need to go through it a little slower

in the meantime
in stylevar

See what happens when you make a change to shadow_color

last thing
"I'll just make the changes in that gray skin I created earlier."

does this mean you have a place to try things that doesn't affect the site - if so - i can be a little quicker on going thru the code

I can create many styles, I have 3 now, and they don't affect other styles when changes are made. At least I don't think so. No, they don't.

Never mind, I think those are only color schemes, some major change might affect them.

You know. I don't care what Sportsaholic says, you're a good guy :D

I've got it in the individual forum view but some are dark?
In the 'New Posts' view they all are dark and on the forum home page nothing has changed.

Just so I am sure - When you make a change to additional.css - the alternating row colors do change now, correct?

I didn't change from what I had.

I just want rid of the dark rows now which are 'new posts' and I haven't figured out the relation to the other dark ones.

I thought they were new posts too but now I think they are posts with attachments

edit - also
AND WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE - make a change to one of the colors in additional.css (You can change it back afterwards) - we need to make sure that is where changes are being made from

I thought attachments too but there are some that aren't dark. Then I read one that was dark thinking if I read it, it would go light and it didn't.
