Difaras is one of the best. I noticed his kids opened a restaurant in Las Vegas. Checked it out. Not bad , but not even close to his place in Brooklyn. Different water, different supplies I imagine.

And at least an hour wait with a line down the block in the frigid cold.

So worth it. Pizza is incredible and you get to watch a legend make it right in front of you.
