I think she knew I loved her very much even though I never got a chance to say goodbye to her.

Don't dwell on this just know that you showed your mom many times how much you loved her over the years. She knew.

God Bless you and your family.

mark I know what you are going threw trust me, when my mom had her stoke and passed it was the same , she was on a vent till I got home after the call about 15 hours it took me, but she had no brian waves and I knew my mom and she would not want to be like that, so we took her off the vent and god took her fast no suffering to her and she is in a better place watching me 24/7 and i can talk to her when ever I want which is still a few times a day. It would of been way to hard on my dad if we kept her on vent they were married 53 years and i was lucky to have and still have but in a diffeent way a great mother for 41 years.

I know it is hard but think of the good and she is always there for you just in a different way, it will hurt for awile that is part of the whole circle, i still get tears in my eyes at times when i think of her or talk to her(you all probabley think i am crazy) but i can here her voice in my head when we talk and that has never left me and it is nice to hear her voice . I also feel bad wen i mess up more then i use to like last night because i know she sees everything i do.

Prayers go out to you and your family remember she is in a better place and happy we are the ones who have the hurt and pain for awhile till we go through the process and it is different amount of time for each person, she will always be there for you , you will see someday what i am saying if you try. Hang in there always a call or email away. or a short plane flight.

My condolences to you and your family maverick. Your mom will always be in your heart and she's never more than a prayer away. She knew of your strong love for her and now feels it even more as she watches over your family. You are in my prayers. Stay strong and God Bless.

I can't fully understand your loss yet but I can certaily empthize with you about the sense of fear and loneliness that you may feel.

10 years ago my father had emergency triple bypass srgery, and sadly all I could think about was the impending loss of my father as he was and still is my "hero". Fortunatley for us, my father made it through as he is still with us, but those thoughts never leave. Building memories and for your reliving those memories will hopefully help you through this time!
