When are all touts satisfied? When they bleed you dry! The first time he extorted from this guy he had him. Like many criminals, he got greedy.

The last payment was for over $10M. It would seem to me, once he came for a second payment, you had to figure it wouldn't stop. This poor schmoe just waited far too long before going to the cops.

The guy must have been pretty convincing about killing his family!
