The options on the computer are different than the iPhone. I don't buy any extra stuff I just use what people send me. I can tell you the lollipop makes one layer of jelly or chocolate disappear. The hand is a sticky hand and I think removes or swaps a candy but its been a while since I used one. The teeth will go through your board and eat a bunch of candies. If I remember correctly it goes nom nom nom or something like that. I forget what the rest do.
