Airline Broke My Laptop...Any Recourse?

i try to fly as little as i can
1. it seems like i always get sick on the airplane
2. the seats are filthy and you sit almost on top of the next person
3. if they guy next to you is fat, you are screwed
4. government harassing you at every angle/lost luggage/damaged luggage -- happens all too often with these inept nincompoops...plus Machmud is always getting on with far less harassment than myself/grandma
5. feel a bit queasy/not right for at least 12-24 hours post flight most of the time

Isn't it great that we have the government getting involved in all of our affairs now a days??
