Wake County is the way to go...got to find a good untapped area if you are putting up your own shingle in Raleigh city limits
I am definitely happy with my decision...only setback is the 20+ mile commute, but its mostly 540 so not a problem for me

Yeah there's a really successful pediatric dds in Cary...Bob Elliott, nice guy too. Works 14 days a month and grossed 1.2 mil last year, overhead probably at worst 60%. Not a bad shake huh.
