I know this is way early, :facepalm: but I am so pumped! Ordered up some delicious Alligator sausage, filets and nuggets for my Alabama football party tonight. Going to be a great game. Of course my big screen TV decided to shit the bed this morning :( so now I'm out the door to buy a new one. :0074

Thanks boss. What sucks is the TV stays on for a few minutes then shuts off. Sometimes it will stay on for several hours but since 6 AM it has not stayed on for longer than 5 minutes. Probably going to buy a cheap one at Wal-Mart and try to get mine fixed, then I'll have a new TV for the bedroom.

IN THE SAME BOAT BUDDY ON THE TV(SAMSUNG 46), STILL CAN SEE THE PICTURE, BUT CRAZY COLOR LINES VERTICALLY ON THE SCREEN.....I GOT'S THE BEST BUY 4 YEAR BLACK TIE WARRANTY ON IT SO IT'S ALL GOOD, JUST GOT TO WAIT TILL WEDNESDAY FOR THEM TO COME OUT:(

anyhow i wish you lived around me my father in law owns tv shop. He hooked us up with a 50 inch plasma for 200 bucks....he has gave a few of my buddies some great deals as well (not that cheap).....hope you find a good tv man makes watching football a different experience think your tide win too!!!:toast:

We will be racing home from Baton Rouge after the game. I should be back just in time for kickoff. I'll be rooting for Gators for SEC west standings purposes, but will take solace in defeat knowing that you, Andy and Coach Scott would get to enjoy it.


BTW, I purchased a Panasonic Viero 50"last week. I'm no videophile, but the full HD picture looks good to me. Plus, only $899 at Best Buy, which seemed like a good price.

Walked into Wal-Mart and bought a Sanyo 42" 1080 HDTV floor model for $375. No box or remote, but I can live without either to save $173. Roll back price was $548 so pretty happy. Now if I can get my main TV fixed then I'll have one kickass TV for my bedroom.
