There are alot of gun happy people in this country. Seems like there's a shooting every week in groups of 5 or more victims.

Here we go again... Another shooting/SET OF KILLINGS and the media spends countless hours talking about nothing because that's what they know.... That's what they do......The coverage, consist of, how shocked everyone is, in this place where nothing like this happens.. All the speculation about why this person would do this.. The only thing we know for sure & I said it in this forum after VT, this will happen again. Common denominators : unstable person & a gun... The conditions are perfect for senseless violence like this to happen in America. Acts like this are a by product of our way of life. Lets start a pool when the next one will be.. We know this will happen again, with the same old song & dance followed in the aftermath. God bless America and the people that value the right to own a gun over life it self... over or under 30 days ? Just so you gun huggers out there don't shoot first, let me say that I am pro hunter, law enforcement,collector and the right to own guns... I don't want to take peoples guns away. I am not for extreme left gun controls but we have to change something.. It's not working. I'm at the point now, the KILLING doesn't bother me as much as the hypocrisy & the fake/niave outrage that follows... What do we expect ? You put your hand on a hot stove you get burned, right ? I'm going with under 30...tie breaker @ 27 days 3:45 pm est... Just for the record, I don't own a gun so you don't have to worry about me... Unless you are worried that someone may shoot me ! Who knows, I may get hungry and go to a grocery store, do something risky like travel to a gas station, a mall, a school or church to pray. Say a prayer for all those people that lost someone they loved 1.5 hrs south of Syracuse NY .. Should we all pray for future vitims and loved one also ? Makes you feel helpless, don't it ?

March 29, 2009:
Devan Kalathat, 42, shot and killed his two children and three other relatives, then killed himself in an upscale neighborhood of Santa Clara, Calif. Kalathat's wife was critically injured.

March 21, 2009:
Lovelle Mixon, 26, shot and killed four Oakland, Calif., police officers after a traffic stop. Mixon was killed in a shootout with SWAT officers.

March 10, 2009:
Michael McLendon, 28, killed 10 people ? including his mother, four other relatives, and the wife and child of a local sheriff's deputy ? across two rural Alabama counties. He then killed himself.
