Unless PFan is heading to the casino by himself, what I wrote a few miles back will work out just fine. He bets one way, the partner the other, and lunch is paid for.
The casino doesn't give a shit about the "scam" being run, because they have already "scammed" Pengy into coming through the front door, and reaching into his wallet. They understand that he's fairly likely to risk more than just the money ventured to screw the casino out of $40.

I can confirm all of the above Craps options will work and you can indeed lock up a profit or freeroll the coupon.
I asked one of the dealers whom I have gotten to know fairly well and he said there was no rule against it and the casino didn't care one war or another.
I went with:
Coupon and $100 on pass
$100 on don't pass
$10 on 12 on the come out roll
Come out roll was 11 so the don't pass bet lost, the midnight bet lost for a loss of $110. The pass bet won for a total return of $300 or a profit of $90 on the roll.

Your red and black bet with an insurance bet on zero would have worked as well.
Glad to hear you won 90 dollars, did you leave immediately? How much did you profit the whole night?
Rest of the night, not so well. Craps is a kill or be killed game IMO. Just when you get the board set up the way you want it here comes that damn 7-out.
I'm obviously not the most experienced Craps player so I am sure everyone can say this at the end of a losing night, but if just one or two of those 7's hadn't come when they did I probably would have made a good bit. As it is, it was a loss on the night.
