Tomlinson did an interview today and said Ben DID throw today.
He said he made every throw they asked him to make. No more, No less.
I'm assuming they'll see how he feels tomorrow but hard to believe he doesn't play. The guy is a gamer and has proven his toughness. How effective will he be? Something tells me he will be ok.
Missing AB is obviously going to be tough. He's great. Period. You don't replace what he does. Not as a receiver and not as a punt returner. Something no one is talking about. However, we still have some legitimate talent at WR. The question is how will they perform with more attention on them with AB out? Wheaton, Bryant, DHB, and Coates.
Heath will need to be big in this one!

Bottom line...It's the playoffs...The game is going to be in the defenses' hands.
They're going to have to get turnovers and some short fields to win this game. The defense has been bad at times and good at times. They DON'T necessarily pass the eye test but they're 3rd in sacks, 6th in redzone defense, and 11th in points given up. To me that shows they make splash plays. They make plays when they need to at big parts of the game. If they continue that. They have a chance. They're going to give up yards. That's a given. They'll need to give up fg's instead of td's and get at least 2-3 turnovers to have a chance.
Lastly, I think the Steelers will still be ok with out Williams. Again, it's a big loss cause Toussaint or Todman are not the same quality but they were able to move the ball in bad conditions against a good cincy defense so I think they'll be serviceable again. They gave me hope after last week. Williams didn't do anything against Denver the first time they played but Denver also smacked the steelers in the mouth early and had a 17 point lead that kind of took the running game away. They're going to need something from the running game this week for sure.
We will see what happens.
