If you are fan of fine coffee and have never tasted this stuff, you are in for a treat. Sant' Eustachio is my favorite coffee in the world. The beans, which come from the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Brazil and the Galapagos, are slowly wood-roasted and packaged at a little coffee shop in Rome that's been around since 1938. A tin of this stuff will set you back $14 on Amazon. Expensive, but well worth it if you really like a good espresso or cappuccino. Make sure you get the right grind for your brewing method. I will say it is best brewed using an espresso machine or moka pot, not your typical coffee machine as it comes out too watered down in my experience. They have whole beans too. And if you are ever in Rome, I highly recommend stopping by this little world-famous coffee shop. Maybe there aren't many people out there who like making espresso at home, but I thought I'd share my expensive habit anyway.
