Any input on the Florida Derby ?

@ first glance I like the #1-Wildcat Red(3-1). The McLaughlin entry #3-Cairo Prince(9-5) will be tough too handle & is the Morning Line Favorite. Also looking @ the #4-Constitution(4-1) with the Jockey/Trainer combo of Castellano/Pletcher. Will dig a little deeper & post my wagers on this event later this am.

I only follow the Philly dirt bombs these days. BUT, thanks to Double Two's mention of Castallano/Plectcher... I can tellya that those two represent the kind of connections you like to see on the horse you bet on in a race like this.

Will try too beat the Chalk, #3-Cairo Prince, with #4-Constitution who is 2 for 2 lifetime. Although Constitution can't match Cairo Prince's Earnings Per Start, he does have the Jockey/Trainer combination that is just too hard to pass up. Also has the speed too get ahead & "Wire" the field so hopefully he will STILL be undefeated after today's event. Will obviously use the #3 along with the #'s 1 & 6 in my exotics. Betting:

Ignore my last post. Was out in the yard when my buddy calls too tell me they scratched the #4 about 20 minutes til post time. Was scrambling too get down on the Race when he calls back too say "Physic"!!! I was not laughing @ the time but I'm pretty happy now!!!
