Mostly quiet but sometimes freaking out.
Owner says she'll call somebody but I'll believe it when I see it.
Any poison bait possibilities or other methods to expunge them?
Animals rights activists need not apply.
Maybe she'll call the pros.
Will cost her a few hundred and change.
My rights are detrimental to my obligations.

as far as fox urine goes, my landlord tried that

anything to (try and) save a buck.
She thought about a trap to cage them, too, and sounds willing to douse them in scalding hot water but I dunno...

Jack makes the most sense--re calling the pros.
Need to rid them AND repair the hole.
Not the first time vermin has come in through that spot, of the 6+ years that I've been here.

Squirrel's are sure noisier than raccoons.
Been throught the mouse crap, too, here.
Thank Hendrix those funkers are history.

Where it is real F ing COLD
Call the pros.. Raccoons are nothing to tangle with.. I personally like them but they can be infested with rabies. Trapping them will be difficult. Especially if using live traps.. Another option is to call the local DNR and maybe they have an option?

Had same prob in condo in Fla--not only did they make racket buy pee'd on insulation and smelled.

Rental agency did this--put radio in attic with C&W music blaring--coons left that day--then replaced insulation--and closed off hole than were getting in.

-no prob afterwards.

--don't think type of music matters--but thats desciption they sent me with bill--which was less than $100.
