I'm starting day two of a 100% Vegetarian fast. The only meat I normally eat is chicken, lamb and fish, never beef. So this week I'm doing this fast plus my nightly colon cleanse. care to join me?
I've been heading in that direction slowly over time. Still stuck on eating poultry a few times a week and beef perhaps once a month.
Really nothing better you can do for the natural world than give up meat, but especially beef (except perhaps stop driving).
Burgers are damn tasty though :facepalm:
