I met that dude. 6' 4" ....ahhh, i don't remember that. ... I guess...maybe.:shrug:
How is God supposed to compete with that?
Same #'s as brother Cie--all excess in middle--best weight around 190 --but doubt I see those days again.
5'9" and a ripped 185 lbs this time of the year due to all the running (50+miles a week). I lift 4 times a week year round; in the winters I run less and lift heavier, so I usually weigh 5-10 lbs more than I do this time of the year.

I hurt my anklle and have not been able to lose that winter poundage......I feel better when i am at about 200

...5' 10" 245, need to drop 20 per Doc, wife and wardrobe lol!, actually gained it after started on diabetes meds. 3 mos. ago combined with torn rotator surgery....225 and 'mook free' is where it should be, probably more like 205 for diabetes, but thats a tough mark :nono:
