Involved with 2 shooting incidents in a 4 month span...
I'm thinking for a obstruction charge they might have let him come in voluntarily.
Being taken out of the house in cuffs....
My guess is he's being Charged with Murder today.

he's been a dick to the cops and not really cooperating though. gave them a smashed up cell phone and smashed security system. police probably dont like being shown up and having evidence destroyed so they decided to make him look bad knowing all the media were camped outside his house. if he isnt guilty or whatever, will make the police look pretty foolish though.
he looked surprised when he opened the door so if his attorney didnt know and warn him, its probably more serious.
also, if you go to arrest someone on a murder charge wouldnt you be kicking down the door with guns drawn? or at least have a bit more of a presence than a few detectives. they looked pretty nonchalant just driving up and knocking on the door.
If his choice of lawyers is on par with his other life choices, I'm guessing he may not have picked out the most apt guy.
from what they have been saying it seems like he has put together an all-star team of lawyers
:facepalm: I hope you are being sarcastic...The Patriots did the right thing by releasing him in my opinion
I would venture to say that he is sitting in his jail cell thinking :
* Blaming everyone but himself for this problem,and feeling sorry for himself , if he get's cleared ( doomed to repeat )
* Or Finally realizing that his behavior & action caused this problem & if he gets out of it he will need to turn his life around. ( 50-50 ) chance
One thing guaranteed his life will never ever be the same again.

Lawyer: No arrest warrant has been issued, blah blah blah.
5 minutes later: Police handcuff you client and arrest him
We talking special-olympic all-stars?
I have no doubt he's "high-profile".
If I was paying a lawyer 500$ an hour and he did was AH's lawyers did today I'd fire his ass on the spot.
