The most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Ahhh yes, Spring is here and the official start of Golf season is around the corner! But I'm not babbling about THAT Augusta, the one where I can break Par.

I'm talking about the 7lb 13 oz and 21" long Augusta. My gorgeous Daughter Augusta Pearl was born Friday 3/28/08 at 1:35am. The greatest gift in the entire world. After enduring 90, YES 90 hours of labor and an emergency 'C' section, Mama Hippo and baby are doing great and got to come home today. It was hairy for a while, but when you look into those eyes it makes it all worth while.

Women, how do they do it? Even through it all, Jessica kept ME together. After 4 days of no sleep or food, Dad collapsed in a crying heap when it was over. I lost 15 lbs and have never worried more in my life. But Mom just keeps right on going! The nurses were just AMAZED at how well she bounced right up.

Thank you to all those on here who have known about this but at our request kept it private.

Just in time for the Masters and Final Four, I wonder whose kid this is?

Does the air smell better, music sound prettier, and world look amazing, or am I just on cloud 9?

Her first play was Memphis -3.5, and it was a winner!

congrats man.....welcome to fatherhood.

hopefully in a few months since everyone is healthy you can look back at the 90 hours of labor and laugh......that's a really really long time.

anyway, hope alls well and best to you, the hippo, and the little one.

Congratulations to you and the family, Agent!

She's a little cutie...you may have to keep your eye on her down the road (my daughter's 16).

Enjoy watching her every day :00x30

congratulations to you and hippo, agent, it brought me back 25 years to the birth of my daughter (can't believe it was that long ago) that feeling of euphoria that you get about your kids can go on forever if you let it. I now have two grandchildren who are god's gift. they just make you appreciate life and what you have more. people need to take a step back sometimes, look around them and thank god for the people around them. give momma a kiss on the cheek... good luck and good health...

Congratulations, Agent!

Thanks for posting as it brought back all the memories of my little girl's birth just 7.5 months ago. It truly is an amazing and beautiful thing to witness the birth of your child. All the best to you and your new family.
