That's why you have to write a letter to the DOT saying you hit a pot hole as a good will gesture by them. Insurance will not cover this. :0008

Okay :(

It doesn't hurt to ask. :0008

Do not call the 800 Insurance #, call your local agent as this could be recorded as a possible claim and would count against you as a claim that has been submitted and rejected. This will hurt your rates. B was a former insurance agent and has taught me well.....

Yeah, the local guy. The girl that answers the phone will fill me in. I'm sure a fairly easy question for her.

By the way, if you don't have one of these you should and you'll thank me later. Can fill a completely flat tire in about 5 minutes. Stick it in the lighter thing and bingo. They're only 30 some bucks and come in handy. :0074
If I didn't have this thing I would have gotten the tire fixed 6 months ago.

Walmart. I've had it about 2 years. Last Christmas I gave about 8 away as gifts. Those things are great to have around. Car tires, mower tires, wheel barrow, bikes, whatever.

I'm a health ins. agent so I'm not all that knowledgeable about auto ins. But I'm pretty sure this would be covered under collision and should be covered after your deductible. It's definitely not covered under the comprehensive portion of your policy. Your agent should know.

Take the rim to a good mechanic and they can weld repair it usually.

Actually, take it to Agent, he can do that.

The Boys is busy. He's in the mountains of Tibet with his Golden Eagle Hunting Redd Foxx
