So my son gets up late and asks if I can make him a Bacon Breakfast Pizza......What the hell, why not.....I toss together a nice fresh dough, let it rise a half an hour and toss it on a round pan......Build a nice boarder so the egg can set in, pour.....Finish cooking off the bacon and look over and the middle of the pizza continues to rise, egg pouring over the top of my boarder everywhere.....Onto the stove, running on the burner with the bacon.....
I toss the oven on broil in hopes of some damage control, egg spilling everywhere, down the inside of the stove door, on the rack and now burning on the element....The dog is trying to lick up the spillage on the floor, kick her away.....Finally the egg starts to set up, ok we're looking good so I pull it out and add cheese & bacon and back in the oven.....Everything fine now.....WRONG, smoke detector in the kitchen starts going off, FIRE, FIRE, FIRE.....Second detector in the hall goes off BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, the cat freaks out and jumps up on the counter to get out the open window and spins out on the spilt egg and crashes into the dishes.....Toss her out the window and fan away the smoke in the kitchen.....20 mins later the Pizza was finally cooked, and not too bad.....Maybe the wife will clean up the mess since I cooked...:shrug:
