Joe Flacco has been one of the hottest quarterbacks in the NFL. In his past seven games, the rookie has produced a rating of 99.1 -- the best in the league during that span. Flacco has thrown 11 touchdown passes and two interceptions in that time while looking downfield more often. He has at least one touchdown pass of 30-plus yards in five of his past six games.
The Ravens have the NFL's third-ranked run defense, which plays even better at home. The opposition's top running back has averaged 40 yards against the Ravens in five games at M&T Bank Stadium. The Ravens haven't allowed a touchdown on the ground at home this season.
These are two teams going in opposite directions. The Ravens have won six of their past seven. The Redskins have lost three of their past four. i'm a skins fan and i'm betting ravens tonight. some of this echoes jack, but m & t stadium rocks and a night game against the skins will be absolutely nuts. looking at this objectively, campbell has become a much better qb this year but other than santana moss, no downfield threat. being west coast, it's all short to mid involving some wr's, cooley and rb's. but campbell does get rattled esp against a blitzing d like the ravens. also, portis being hurt and facing a terrific run d...i think the skins have NO run game tonight. bottomline, as long as flacco keeps away from turnovers, i think the ravens cruise.
this d can win the game alone. if flacco and the offense make a few things happen, it's not even close.

campbell`s either very good...or verrrry bad....that`s the key....
the ravens may make the playoffs....but i just hope they don`t draw the colts...they cannot deal with manning...or great pure passers in general....

bring the colts on, f-it. we just get better and better every week. we have an offense for the first time too. flacco top rated qb in the league last 7 weeks. :00hour
flacco has looked damed good...and i gotta say,i wouldn`t trade our 3 rb`s for any group in the league(sans the giants)....
