As Barkley would put it, that is turrible.
Those guys are usually pretty good and pretty funny.
They tell it like it is for the most part and don't kiss NBA office ass.Unlike ESPN and ABC.

barkley is certainly amusing and entertaining but c'mon. has to be one of the most ignorant degenerates ever to hold a broadcast position this long..I watch him in anticipation of what could possibly come out of his piehole next...so good for TNT..barkey = good ratings

Agree completely. Funny because he is one of the most egomaniacal idiotts on TV.

Charles Barkley is honest, up front, and doesn't sugar coat anything. I respect his opinion, and I honestly think he would make a good coach. He knows the game very well. Afterall, I don't care how talented or athletic you are, being his 6'5(tops, a huge reach) and how he played the game, you have to have a good mind of the game to understand how to play at the level he did with his size/abilities.

sir charles was an awesome competitor and clutch player, but an individual player who never "led" his team to any championship...not with Philly, not with Phoenix, not with Houston..because in the end, he's not a winner.

Fade his picks and you are sure to make money in the long run.

Look at the talent he played with. Take away when he played with J in Philly, after that, he played on teams with marginal talent. You can't always blame 1 guy, it takes a whole team effort.

Fade his picks and you are sure to make money in the long run.

Just because someone doesn't cap a sport well, doesn't mean they don't know it well. He could pick the winner of every game right, but if he doesn't cover the spread, he loses. Now does that make him unknowledgeable of the game??

Because in the end there are 12 guys on the team and this isn't tennis nor golf. This silly notion that someone has to win a championship in order to be called a winner is just that. Silly and assinine.

Did'nt his Phoenix team lose to a Chicago team with a guy named Jordan on it????

This post has to be some kind of joke :mj07:

Let's see, Charles predicted Orlando to beat Cleveland @ +550 odds...

I guess fading Charles would mean you took Cavs for 3,000 to win a nickel and Cryboy would be shedding some serious tears right now... :mj07: :142smilie
