I just dont see NC State scoring that many. Glennon fucks up just enough to be unreliable. You can't rely on 60+ yard TD passes to score all day. NC State has 0 running game too.

By the time the 4th quarter rolls around....Cincy will be milking the clock. Under is coming up kinda strong
