Put these in overnight...........

Houston -115
-The Astros come into today's game vs the Yankees still leading Seattle by 1.5 games in the AL West. They have won 3 of 4 including last nights victory over New York. Houston starts LHP Framber Valdez who is 11-5 with a 2.83 ERA on the year and Houston is 13-2 in the last 15 games started by Valdez. He is also a very nice 6-2 with an ERA of 2.62 during the day. The Yankees, meanwhile, are fading fast in the AL East and are just 1-6 in their last 7 outings and just 8-11 since the All-Star break. The Yankees simply arent hitting, scoring just 14 runs in their last 6 games. Today they start RHP Luis Gil who has made only 1 start this season, getting shelled for 5 ER's on 5 hits, and 4 walks in just 3 1/3 innings pitched taking the loss. Play Houston to keep rolling in today's contest.

Detroit/Cleveland +201
-In the first game, we are going again with the Detroit Tigers who are 38-21 at home and maintain a 6 game lead in the AL Central. Tonight, they start RHP Charlie Morton, who started the season 0-6 but has been on a resurgence since then going 7-3 with an ERA of 3.31 since Mid May. He also seems to enjoy his new digs in Detroit, giving up only 1 ER on 6 hits in 6 IP on the road against Philadelphia in his first start. Meanwhile, the Angels are just 35-41 on the road and 2-7 their last 9. Tonight they start LHP Yusei Kikuchi who is just 5-7 on the year and 0-5 with a 4.76 ERA on the road. Furthermore, the Tigers crush LHP, hitting them at a .266 clip. In the other game, Cleveland comes in having won 8 of 9 games and start LHP Joey Cantillo who has been good on the road with a nice ERA of 3.60 and should have no problem with the light-hitting White Sox who are hitting just .229 this year. Speaking of the White Sox, they have lost 5-straight and are just 42-74 on the year (32 games below .500!) Tonight they start RHP Sean Burke who is just 4-8 on the year and an awful 0-5 at home this year. In Addition, he is 1-5 with a 5.70 at night!

Please check back in the afternoon for additional plays.......

G/l to to all..........................

Philadelphia +120
-The Phillies come into tonight' game winners of 5 straight, including last night's 9-1 anhilation of the Rangers. The remain 3.5 games ahead of the Mets in the NL East. Tonight, they start LHP Jesus Luzardo who is a nice 10-5 on the year and is even better on the road going 5-2 with a 3.36 ERA. He has won his last 2 starts, giving up just 3 ER on 7 hits in 13 IP with 12 K's. Meanwhile, Texas starts RHP Jacob DeGrom who is having a fine season himself going 10-4, but looking further, he is just 1-4 his last 5 with a 5.27 ERA. In his last TWO starts, he is 0-2, giving up 10 ER's on 11 hits, 4 BB's and five HR's in just 10 1/3 IP (an ERA of 8.71!) Furthermore, Texas hits just .222 vs left-handed pitching. Play the Phillies as a live dog.

I’ll ride along again since I didn’t jinx you. Good thing I was asleep because if I was watching the close ones would have gone the other way.

-The Reds come into tonight's game very much in the playoff hunt and they start RHP Nick Martinez. HE has excellent current form, going 4-0 his last 4 with an ERA of 3.38. The pirates, meanwhile, start Braxton Ashcraft, basically a reliever, who is making just his 2nd major league start. He has an ERA of just 5.01 this season and has a 10.38 ERA so far in August. In 2 appearances he has given up 5 runs on 10 hits in just 4 1/3 innings. Play the Reds

Milwaukee -120
-In what is basically a bullpen day for both teams, I'll take the hot home team over the cold road team. The Milwaukee Brewers come in to tonight's game with the best record in baseball at 71-44. They have won 7 in a row and an astounding 21-4 their last 25 games! Meanwhile, the NY Mets are just 1-9 in their last 10 games coming in at a dismal 25-32 record on the road. Play Milwaukee.
