So I took it apart, cleaned it real good, and bought this fucker to add on the top. Maybe I'll get more air flow?

Hopefully I can hit 700 today when I sear these 2" thick ribeyes.

I'm firing that fucker up tomorrow. Going to marinate some chicken breasts today, and slap them on tomorrow with some corn on the cob. Anybody else cook corn on the cob on it? I put some cajun seasoning on it and spray it with butter, so good :0074

Jack, check to make sure your gaskets aren't burned off in parts around the ring. Heat/smoke could be escaping
