I told all of you i had left a message with a Matt who is the assistant director of the casino thursday. He never called me back, so i left him another message this morning. That in it's self is pretty bad service. I may have to just challenge the bill with my credit card company. I never mind paying any rate, but if they tell you they are going to take care of it, they should. I also read they charged betone for both days after they said they would comp him one day also. So maybe some of you others were not taken care of either.

If she don't call back after a few days i will call my credit card company. I hate to do that though as i like things worked out so i have no problems when and if i go back.

Challenging the charges will not work. You have a beef with the casino, not the hotel, they are separate . You have to get the casino host fix it with the hotel.

You wont win a chargeback on your room bill.
you paid a rate agreed to and them stayed in the room for 3 nights.
to get a chargeback you would have to show that tjey gave you a poor room or it didnt have a bed in it. Something where they didnt give you what you paid for.

You being comped by the pitboss....verbal arrangement at best. Otherwise, thousands of people would be charging back rooms every monday morning using that line

Your right as Brandi called me today and told me the same thing. But she did say she is gathering information and was not happy Matt never called me back,lol I think Matt might be in a little bit of trouble.
