Mirage is a good one.
Right in the front of casino. Spacious and many big screen tvs.

I went to the the Wynn and it was very nice as well.
Big screens and personal tvs in front of you as well.

MGM has nice size Plasma screens and some monster screens all side by side with different games.

No. When you make a wager, if it is for a decent amount, most books will give you some drink tickets. The sports books area is not like the rest of the casino.......you don't just get free drinks all day long. If you want the girls to bring you a drink, you have to have a ticket, or pay for it.

Planet Hollywood has a fantastic new book from the pictures I've seen, and stories I've heard. Nice leather seats, too!

I've found that if you're betting $200-400 a game they give you as many free drink tickets as you want at most of the books. Venetian doesn't anymore though, one drink ticket per game bet. Golden Nugget, Wynn, and Bellagio give you as many as you want though.

I used to say Venetian was the best but, now they have drink tickets.

Even if you sit at the bar playing video poker they ask if you are going to stay before comping the drink. It's pretty disgusting considering the $$ we are talking about.

FYI...the Wynn doesn't comp drinks for anyone playing VP at a bar. That's a first for Vegas although it was tried, and failed, in the past.

Caesars has a good sports book, but no seats to sit down and enjoy the games. I stood up the whole weekend at Caesars a few weeks ago. The best part was playing blackjack at the pussycat dolls stage, :00hour

My favorite book is the Venetian.

Since they were taken over by Harrah's, Caesars is overrun by Harrah's "top shelf" losers. The sportsbook is a shell of its former self, with no serious horse or sports players (they have fled to Bellagio), and a bunch of beer swilling yahoos wearing their team gear and watching NASCAR.

Agree I thought Ceasars sucked and it used to be the gold standard. Imperial Palace has a decent old time sports book and it's never too crowded. I recommend going somewhere where you can hit 2-3 books easily to take advantage of different spreads.

Well let me try to answer your question in two different spheres of reality.

If you have come to Vegas to risk 10 dimes plus then hell just deposit your 10 dimes plus in any Hotel casino money cage when you arrive and you wont have to worry about asking for comps.

If you are looking for action and on a budget(that's right if you are in Vegas and don't have 10 dimes to risk you are on a budget) then old buddy
suggests after you have made your tour of all the big casinos and have seen all the sights and blah, blah, and ready to throw down your last 2-3 hundred or whatever and get free drinks then go where a lot of the locals go.

Palace Stations or Hilton Sportsbook ...Just to name a couple of the larger local hangouts.

Just my opinion. GL on your trip

I TAKE IT BACK.

BELLAGIO SUCKS BUTT!!!

CRAMPED... tucked away in a corner of a fricken HUGE Casino. I seen small local joints 2X 3X even 5X larger than this mouse hole.

RUDE EMPLOYEES...from cocktails servers (nothing to look at) to the fat-ass Sports Director.. nothing but asswipes!!

CHEAP SERVICE... if there's no room in the first 10 rows and you sit directly behind the rows, in the Sports Lounge, there's NO free drinks no matter how many 1000's of dollars of tickets you play.
You got to be fricken kidding me

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SPORTSBOOK TO PEOPLE I DON'T EVEN LIKE

Ended up at South Point.

GREAT SERVICE
Plenty of room not matter where you sit!!
Employees wants to serve you!!

GREAT PRICE
yes they use drink tickets & No they're not stingy. Even if you buy a drink it's 3.00 not 9.50.

GREAT WAITRESS OUTFITS

GREAT ATMOSPHERE
very open & not crammed into a corner of a room like mice!
