joined betfirstclass few weeks ago....based on all the good things i saw here at madjacks.
hit a nice round robin and requested withdrawal.
cust. service was great and withdrawal was no-problem....sent me a fed-ex check and got it few days later.
deposited check and was told 4-day hold at bank.
did my banking today and they told me my
check wasnt good yet. told me to talk with manager. she called fraud department and they tell her since the check is international there will be a 45-day hold on check.
they wanted alot of questions answered about where check came from etc. i told them it was an real estate investment company that ive dealt with for along time and basically i was gettting my own money back that i had invested.
well they told me if i can get a phone number and contact person at the bank that the check is from they could process it faster.
called betfirstclass and was told i would need to talk to a manager who wasnt there. they took my phone number and told me the manager would call me. ...called later and talked to manager he said he has never heard of such a thing ....that they send checks out everyday with no problems like this.....told me if i cant clear it up they could figure something out...send me another check.
ive deposited many checks from betjamaica with no=problems at all...usually 2-days and its in my account...
One thing i noticed that was different with betfirstclass check is that it was handwritten versus betjamaica is computer generated typed out check.....didnt look to close but the bet jam check i think is drawn from us bank....while betfirstclass was from costa rica bank....
has anyone else had problems like this ?
if so how did u handle?
bank im using is pnc largest in this area.
not bad mouthing betfirstclass....so far they have been pretty good... as advertised here...hopefully i can fix on monday....
would appreciate any suggestions
