Do not like hunting but that was the coolest thing I have seen a while.

amazing stuff. looks real to me. had a friend who had a few hawks. they would drive around the neighborhood and hunt critters. was a trip to see.

Morris, that video wasn't my parrot.... it was a smart one. My bird is "dumb". He does few tricks and doesn't speak other than laughing. I've had him for 22 years though and you can't beat that for pet investment. He's only been to a vet twice in all that time, once for surgery for a tumor on his tongue. He does have a definite personality, as do most pet birds, but it is completely different from a cat or dog.

In another life, I had a double yellow head amazon that was purchased before he was even fully feathered. That one started talking within a week of having him home, so they are very receptive when young. The downside of getting him so young was that he was still being handfed and associated the hand with food, then growing into a mature bird who was a biter.

Parrots do make great pets but are noisy and messy. I'd advise anyone to consider all aspects before investing in one.
