I wish we could compare it to Rummy and Cheney's looks when they caught Osama, but we can't. . . . Are you sure this is the prelude? Maybe they're being briefed on some new internal software protocals? tomorrow's visitors? next week's cafeteria fare?

I can only go by what it says bobby --but could be wromg--as we had reports stating one thing-than the opposite and now that they didn't see it at all.
I don't know what they saw in photo but I can note significant diff between the brass and politicians.

---and on subject of brass vs politician--
Got something for you to consider that you will probably see questions on in future.

We tracked courier to house in aug 2010 and was as certain as we could be in 2-2011 that he was there. From Feb to May there were 6 meetings between brass and whitehouse before green light was given (thats about one every 2 weeks) Only thing I can think of they would be discussing that many times is one side wanted to go and the other stayed on the fence and said not yet. What would be your guess of who was on the fence and kept passing on taking him.

Of course there is another possibilty--they could have said Hell we waited 10 years why hurry now--if he gets away while we sit back and wait--there's always another day :SIB

what i`m still trying to figure out is why this justice dept is still considering prosecution of the guys that helped get them the info that may just get this president reelected......i`m talking about our boys...the cia...

he`s standing down at ground zero getting himself a wonderful photo-op....while this a-hole holder is doing everything in his power to send our own guys to jail...

it`s utter insanirty...it`s o.k. to assasinate these guys while sloughing off any requests for proof of what went down(which i would approve of,btw).......

but harsh interrogations methods to try and save american lives?...they`re gonna try and send these guys to jail....retroactively.....

disgraceful hypocrites......

I don't know how you still think Obama's a dove. He's always said that he would enter Pakistan with or without their support if he had actionable intelligence. He took a lot of flak for it - even from you

Seems like you were against this type of action . . . . before you were for it.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/may/3/outsider-hired-for-obama-speeches/?cache

Outsider hired for Obama speeches
On top of the more than half a million dollars it spends on speechwriters, the White House is using tens of thousands of taxpayer dollars on a public relations firm headed by Democratic image maker Michael Sheehan ? once dubbed by Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton as an ?extraordinary media coach? who helped her master the teleprompter.

According to a 2010 payroll report, the White House employs seven speechwriters earning a combined $624,200. The team is led by Jonathan E. Favreau, the director of speechwriting, who earns $172,200, according to the report, which was released by the White House. Two other senior presidential speechwriters are paid $100,000 each. A pair of presidential speechwriters are paid $75,000 each, and a speechwriter and speechwriting assistant earn $60,000 and $42,000, respectively.

Isnt that the same get up he wore when he stated Mission Accomplished ?

Or was that the get up he wore while in Alabama national guard ?

Too bad GW couldnt have figured out how to find Bin Laden.

That takes a real President.

Speaking of for it before against it on this isuue
-have always been for our intel gathering tactics--and against this admin trying to prosecute them for their success

--have always defended our troops and against this admin referring to them as cold blooded killers

Have always called a terrorist a terrorist and not enemy combatants.

In case I haven't been clear--

I was against those wanting release of photo's and against those pushing for it in last admin--and glad they see the light now.

I don't care if UBL was naked with white flag on his pecker--arms up in the air--and signing God Bless America--I am for any call they made--and hope this admin doesn't try and hang the cold blooded killer tag on them as they have in the past.

on flopping

--a new update on photo (cough cough)

Note Clinton reference to 38 minutes viewing--when just finished saying 24 minutes of the forty was blacked out--this is 5th entire diff story we now have gotten from this admin--do you care to guess which is the truth and which were the lies?? I'm waitng for military report to leak out myself.

HILLARY CLINTON: ICONIC IMAGE OF WHITE HOUSE MONITORING BIN LADEN RAID 'MAY HAVE CAUGHT ME PREVENTING A COUGH'

article-1383803-0BE36D9A00000578-600_634x362.jpg
President Barack Obama receives an update on the mission against Osama Bin Laden - while Hillary Clinton covers her mouth with her hand

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said today she has 'no idea' what she and the rest of President Barack Obama's national security team were watching at the precise moment that a photographer snapped what has become an iconic image of the operation that killed Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan.
'Those were 38 of the most intense minutes,' Clinton said of the raid on Bin Laden's compound by U.S. Navy Seals.
'I have no idea what any of us were looking at at that particular millisecond when the picture was taken.'
The photo was taken by the White House photographer on Sunday night as Obama and his national security team monitored the assault. Clinton is covering her mouth with her right hand, but she said that the gesture might not convey any special significance.
'I am somewhat sheepishly concerned that it was my preventing one of my early spring allergic coughs,' she said.
'So, it may have no great meaning whatsoever.'

Bush just went to Texas.

Where the hell was he anyways ? Guess we will never find out.

Scott--The story behind the glasses and ipod in his hand-- :)

President Obama Adds Lil Wayne And Nas To Playlist

by tffhthewriter September 29, 2010, 14:32pm
obamawayne33.jpg

President Barack Obama decided to take some time out from running the country to conduct a candid interview with Rolling Stone Magazine and discuss why he's still Hip-Hop's president.
In the interview, President Obama states that since his inauguration his Hip-Hop playlist has increased and that emcees Nas and Lil' Wayne have been added to heavy rotation.
?Thanks to Reggie [Love, the president's personal aide], my rap palate has greatly improved,? President Obama said in the interview. ?Jay-Z used to be sort of what predominated, but now I've got a little Nas and a little Lil Wayne and some other stuff, but I would not claim to be an expert. Malia and Sasha are now getting old enough to where they start hipping me to things. Music is still a great source of joy and occasional solace in the midst of what can be some difficult days.?

Obama saves a certain 911 attack by killing Bin Laden the worlds most wanted criminal
terrorist

A bulletin issued Thursday by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security and obtained by ABC News describes the terror organization's chilling desire to derail a train on the tenth anniversary of the 9/11 terror attacks in 2011.

"As of February 2010, al-Qa'ida was allegedly contemplating conducting an operation against trains at an unspecified location in the United States on the 10th anniversary of September 11, 2001," the document reads, using an alternate spelling for bin Laden's terror group. "As one option, al-Qa'ida was looking into trying to tip a train by tampering with the rails so that the train would fall off the track at either a valley or a bridge."

DTB- I am proud of Obama and what he has done. No other President could have done this.
Thank you for your service to America President Obama !

Stepping up?--military been wanting to take him out since Feb here's a few things just starting to come out (mostly in foreign press) on what I referred to days ago--

But the president stunned officials when he told a national security meeting that he wanted more time to think - and disappeared out of the room.

'I'm not going to tell you what my decision is now - I'm going to go back and think about it some more,' said Obama, according to the New York Times. He then added 'I'm going to make a decision soon.'
The head of the CIA and other senior intelligence officers who were keen to proceed were left tense as they waited for the president's decision.

Barack Obama kept military commanders hanging by declaring he would 'sleep on it' before taking 16 hours to give the go-ahead to raid Bin Laden's compound.

And we've learned that it was CIA Director Leon Panetta who reportedly ordered the hit on bin Laden ? after Obama hesitated
+++++++++++++++++++++

Here is my opinion per time frame of went down-

They knew where he was and had meetings bout every 2 weeks from Feb to May trying to get O off the fence--finally after probrably threatening leak media of him pulling a Clinton--he decided to give them ok after sleeping on it--one more time.

Now I expect we will see him on ever media outlet he can-- making appearance with big grin and grift--Obama To Troops: 'When I Gave The Order, They Were Ready'
