Bitcoin Made Simple - This is all you need to know for now.

The best thing to come along since Neteller.

Like me, you will kick yourself in the ass for not getting this setup 2 years ago.

Just start here before you do anything else.

Open an account at circle.com. Link your account with your bank and debit card and/or credit card. Follow their online instructions to secure your account and make all verifications (verify email, bank account, etc). You account will be open and ready to use anywhere from immediately to one week. It took me about a week for some reason.

Next, open an account at blockchain.info. Follow their online instructions to secure your account.

As soon as those 2 accounts are open, you are all set and ready to go. You'll be able to make a deposit or withdrawal with most sportsbooks and it will be fast, easy, secure, and anonymous. You will feel like you're back in the Neteller days.

Any questions, post them below.

Tips:

- forget the word bitcoin. You are not buying coins. You're transferring USD and using Bitcoin as the vehicle. You own bitcoin for a matter of minutes. You can buy $5 worth or $30K worth. You're not buying coins.

- don't worry about linking your bank account. These companies are legit and insured. If it still concerns you, open a separate account to use for this only. I'm not the least bit concerned.

Fees are listed on circle.com small if any fees. CC takes a few days to clear.

# 2 Deposit & Cash out based on market value of bitcoins ?

no, it's like cash. It can change if you leave it in there for hours +/- depending

# 3 Do you use your bank acct. ( checking ) or separate acct ?

I use my personal checking.

# 4 I only see 5 Dimes participating .

They all have it.

Thanks !

Close. You need an account at blockchain too.

Jack I followed your advice too and opened both. Since you have experience would you mind posting an exact play by play how to deposit & withdrawal ?

Get an account at circle.com and blockchain.info.

Circle could take up to a week for them to verify everything. Tie your account to your checking account and checking account debit card. You don't need both but sending money to circle with a debit card is instant and through the bank wire takes 3-4 days.Go through the verification process.

Open a wallet at blockchain.info.

Once both are opened and you are approved at circle you're all set.

Go to circle and click account and then click add money. Use debit for instant transfer or bank account for 3-4 days wait. Get money.

Go to blockchain.info and get a receiving address. Go back to circle and click send, add in blockchain's receiving address and send it. Blockchain gets the money instantly.

Go to sportsbook and get their receiving address, go back to blockchain and send to that receiving address from the book.

Deposit = your bank to circle to blockchain to sportsbook.
Withdrawal - sportsbook to your blockchain to your circle to your bank.

This is what a bitcoin address looks like. It's my circle receiving address if anybody wants to send me money: 1EgZpPyNXtD3Yhnzi5gftdGUnHBkj1UAAd
You get a different address each time you request one.

For people that don't know how to copy and paste, just forget the whole idea.

Thought I would give this a try today after signing up with circle and block chain last week. 1st deposit has been sent ... I'll verify the deposit as soon as I see it in my account.

A hellava lot better than the other options available today. I wish I had opened my mind to it a couple years ago.

Thanks for posting your experience with it. :toast:
