Any other sites that allow Credit Card purchases of bitcoin?

I tried Circle but they rejected me saying:

Circle will not be able to offer you service.

Once you get a receive address from your book go to your wallet and click 'send request'. put the book's receive address in the recipient field, add the amount you want to send, and click 'send funds'. they should have your funds instantly.

Shit, sorry. You should get a receive address from your blockchain account first and send to your blockchain first unless you are using betagame. If you use batagame you only have the one step to follow as posted above.

Try $99.00. I still haven't figured out what the charges are and how they come up with them. It might work if you try $100 again. You might have to try $98. Some books will pick that fee up for you.

Money should be there instantly but there are confirmations they go through, maybe that's what you're talking about.

After you do this a few times, you'll have it down pat.

What's the purpose of blockchain.info?

Can't you send money directly from your wallet to the books?

No, they will ban you for sending to sportsbooks.

so when we figured out ya gotta allow for some minute traveling charge and send it along from your usd wallet is it send routed to blockchain[which I didn't give any information to]to sit on a loading dock to then be sent to the cut and pasted address?

I'm way to old for all this fancy gizmo stuff....

but it worked somehow..

You definitely have to cut and paste the address or you'll mess something up. When I transferred from the USD wallet it was in my blockchain before I got to my blockchain account. Maybe your first transaction takes more time? I have no idea.

Glad it worked out for you.
