Time we have the Kansas Crackers or Tennessee Hillbillys !! Grow a pair and whoop your damn kids;) Country is turning into some pansies...

It starts once the ball is spotted...it only stays stopped when you go out of bounds in the final 4:00 on the 2nd and 4th quarters...something like that.

It a new stupid rule they put in place a few years ago to speed the game up...think it's only an NFL rule.
