i don't know how anybody can call carter a man of character when he admitted years ago that he cheated on his wife.

he also has shown up the clinton & gw bush administrations, on some foreign affairs that didn't sit well with the white house.

i do think he is a better ex-president than he was a president because of his home building projects(forgot the name)
