back in August. I only had brown belts and needed a black one for the black pants I was wearing to my son's wedding.

I had to buy the dress pants too because nothing I had would fit me. :facepalm:

I had to get 42" waist pants for the first time in my life as I had blown up to an all time high of 260 :scared

Anyway, I had to wear a brown belt because the black one didn't come close to fitting. I couldn't even hit the first hole in the belt :facepalm:

FUCK!

I didn't start dieting until January 2 because I was too fat and lazy to diet last summer.

Today I weighed in at 219 and dug out that belt. Sumbitch hits the 4th hole comfortably. My 38" inch pants are falling off my ass and I'm almost ready for the 36's once again.

All I did was quit drinking except on Saturday's and watched what I ate. No fast food, no sweets, nothing fried, etc.

Shooting for 210 but will always keep on this program. Hopefully.

whats the program ?

And no bread, potatoes, pasta, butter, mayonnaise, ect.

Lots of salad, soups, protein, fruit and water, water, water.

Water was hard for me at first because I hadn't had a gallon of water total in the last 20 years, but after a few weeks that what I prefer now. I now drink at least a gallon a day and I'm hardly ever hungry. The only problem is pissing all the time.

How's your energy level now compared to before?

I had to think about that one.

Honestly, I don't think there's that much difference. I don't do much physical work and I don't exercise, but I never really have. I am always on the go all week long but it's mostly driving and visiting jobs and potential customers.

I do feel better though.

what are you eating for protein ?

Mostly chicken. Man, I eat a lot of chicken. Steak about once a week. Hamburger just plain.

It's boring, like I said.

But I have to do this or the weight starts piling back up.

Last year got out of hand with fast food and junk because I'm always on the road. Donuts in the morning with coffee, freaking garbage fast food all the time. Stopping for a milkshake :facepalm:

And beer was a regular thing everyday after work.

I just have to change or be fat. Hopefully I'll accept that and stick with healthy eating habits. I never had this problem until I hit about 50. Oh well.
