Under Michigan/USC
I like this trend...
USC is 2/8 O/U in road games vs. excellent ball control teams, 32 or more possession minutes/game.
I think Michigan has to establish the running game against USC and sit on the ball as much as possible. When they lost to Oregon, they rushed the ball 28 times. They never ran under 33 times the rest of the season. Later in the year, they played Mich St and ran it 55 times. They won't stop running the ball even if USC has some success stopping it. I hope the coach knows Navarre is not the type of QB that is going to carry you in games like this. He has never been, I don't care if USC's D is softer there, they need to more importantly keep the ball away from USC's offense.
