i jumped on iowa +11 when the lines first came out because i remembered how texas didn't show up a few years ago in the holiday bowl. it was a pretty similar situation where texas was playing in a less prestigious bowl game (like this year) & they were upset in the game by wash. st. however, the more i started to think about it, the more i realized that there is one difference between this year's game & that game. that game was played in san diego & this game is being played in san antonio, which is like a home game for texas.so i think texas may want to put on a good show in front of the "home folk"....& since they are a better team than iowa, i decided to play the game like this.....
